For most employees, 24/7 online connectivity is the norm. From zoom calls to emails, social media and personal device usage, modern employees are spending up to 12 hours a day on screens. Constant connectivity is shaping the way we live, including how we feel, think, rest and relate.
This workshop supports employees by assisting them to manage digital overload effectively and support wellbeing outcomes.
PARTICIPANTS WILL:

Gain insight into how their devices shape daily habits and behaviours and develop strategies to use technology with greater intention.

Apply practical approaches to finding digital balance and reducing reliance on technology to maintain productivity

Reflect on the impact of personal digital habits on relationships, mental health and sleep, whilst developing strategies that protect these aspects.
