DIGITAL HABITS FOR PERFORMANCE & WELLBEING
In an age where digital distraction, switch-tasking and fragmented focus is everywhere, students who can protect focus, minimise digital distraction and implement digital boundaries will set themselves apart from the rest.
This specialised workshop equips Year 12 students with the agency and skills necessary to maximise their final year of schooling. Students will leave this workshop with the capacity and motivation to get ahead by better managing their devices to improve their sleep, response to stress and general focus. ​
Year Level: Year 12
Structure: 1 x 45-60 minute high impact keynote
STUDENTS WILL:

Have developed sustainable digital habits and routines that balance academic demands with wellbeing practices

Implement effective practical strategies that focus on minimising technology’s influence in shaping their sleep and mental health during stressful periods

Create tangible digital boundaries that improve their ability for study and productivity by limiting distractions
