School Programs

Our school programs are specifically tailored to meet students where they are at in their digital journey. We offer the following sessions:

  • Years 7–9: Navigating Social Media – Guiding students through the complexities of online interactions and the impact of social media and devices on wellbeing. This program assists students in setting up life-long habits and healthy techniques in a digital world. 

  • Years 10–12: Creating Digital Balance – Equipping senior students with tools to manage their digital lives and personal lives while preparing for future academic and personal challenges. The program is designed to provide students with the tools and skills to maximise their potential and achieve their goals. 

  • VCE Psychology Programs – Specially designed to complement VCE psychology curriculum, focusing on the psychological effects of digital consumption.

  • Teacher Education Sessions – Supporting educators in understanding digital challenges and fostering a healthy digital culture within the classroom.

  • Parent/Carer Sessions: Devices in the Home – Empowering families with strategies to manage screen time and promote healthier relationships with technology at home.​

Corporate Programs

Employee wellbeing workshop - With technology impacting major aspects of well-being, our corporate programs are designed to help workplaces and their employees  create healthier digital habits enhance wellness across four key areas:

  1. Sleep

  2. Relationships

  3. Productivity

  4. Mental Health

Productivity in the Workplace - A program which specifically addresses how businesses and employees can regain focus and improve their productivity at work. The workshop addresses key concepts like the costs of distractions, the impacts of digital disruptions and diminishing focus in everyday lives.
